1. Can BeaA silk trousers be washed? How to care for silk trousers properly?
The safest method is hand-washing or taking them to a professional dry cleaner. However, our silk-blend trousers are machine-washable: use a delicate cycle at 30 °C, place the trousers in a mesh laundry bag, skip the spin, and use mild detergent for delicates. Lay flat to dry, away from direct sunlight.
2. Do silk trousers stick to the legs or get static?
Typically, no. The fabric is light and fluid, and drapes naturally. In dry or cold weather, static might happen — just like with any fine fabric. This can be easily solved with an anti-static spray (we recommend Dana, available at Drogas or Rimi).
3. How to iron silk trousers? Can I use steam?
Iron them inside out on the lowest heat setting, and for added safety, use a cotton cloth between the iron and the garment. Steaming is perfectly safe too — just hold the steamer at a slight distance to avoid water spots.
4. Why aren’t the trousers made from 100% silk?
Because 100% silk, while luxurious, is also incredibly delicate and high-maintenance. Our signature blend includes natural or high-quality technical fibers that make the fabric easier to care for, more durable, and less prone to wrinkling — while keeping its silky feel and elegant look.
5. Will stains remain if something spills on silk trousers?
Water drops (like rain) usually dry without a trace. However, just like any fine fabric, silk can absorb oily or dark stains. If this happens, gently blot — don’t rub — with a clean cloth, and take it to a cleaner if necessary.
6. Silk trousers look too formal. How else can I style them?
