Refund policy

You have the right to return any item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with Latvian and EU consumer rights laws.

To qualify for a return

Items must be:

  • unused

  • unwashed

  • unaltered

  • in their original condition

  • with all original tags and accessories attached

Items must also be returned in their original packaging, including protective elements (boxes, tissue, etc.), which are considered part of the product.

Gift cards cannot be returned.


How to request a return

After submitting the form, your request will be reviewed within 2 business days.

If your return request is approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.

Returned items will be inspected within 5 business days after we receive them.

When sending the item back, please include or clearly write your order number with the shipment so we can identify who the return is from.

This location supports DPD, Omniva, and Venipak parcel services.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that some banks may require additional processing time.

During sales periods or times of increased demand, refunds may take up to 18 business days to process.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery, without giving any reason.

Returned items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.


Custom Length & Made-to-Order Pieces

We are happy to offer custom length adjustments and other personalized modifications upon request.

Please note that items that have been specially adjusted or made according to your individual request are considered personalized pieces.

Because they are created especially for you, they cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty.

We kindly ask you to confirm all measurements and details before placing a custom order.
