We know that visiting a showroom can raise a lot of questions. At BeaA, we want you to feel confident and comfortable, so we’ve collected the most frequently asked questions and answered them for you.
1. If I come, do I have to buy something?
The showroom is just like a store. You can look around, try things on, and decide for yourself whether it’s right for you or not.
2. I work and can’t come on weekdays. When else can I visit you?
It’s always possible to arrange an appointment on weekends or later in the evening.
3. Everything is always too short for me. Will I find something that fits?
For taller women, we sew according to height.
4. I tried on a pair of trousers, but they were too long. Can they be shortened?
We adjust ready-made garments to your desired length and make small changes within the model’s design. If you ordered online and the length doesn’t fit, you can bring it back to us, and our seamstresses will adjust it. We recommend bringing BeaA garments to us for shortening, rather than to your local tailor.
5. How can I indicate the desired length when ordering?
When ordering on our website, you can write your desired length in the comments section, and it will be taken into account during production. If you visit our showroom, we will measure the length on-site.
6. Do all BeaA clothes have a logo? Can I order without it?
When ordering online, you can specify in the comments section if you would like the garment without a logo. In the showroom, you can also request garments without logos. On the other hand, we can add a logo if you’d like, even to items that normally don’t have one.
7. If I like something, can I buy it right away?
Everything available in the showroom can be purchased immediately.
8. Can I only pay in cash?
When purchasing in person, we issue an invoice, send it by email, and you can complete payment with just a few clicks.
9. I have an event next week, but I see that the trousers I wanted are not available. How quickly can you make them?
Production usually takes up to 10 business days. Exceptions can be made if you need the item in just a few days.
